SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Items will be shipped after payment completion. All orders are delivered through Bpost (Belgian National Postal Service). Vinyl records are packed carefully and shipped in cardboard shipping boxes. CD’s are posted in bubble wrap envelopes. The delivery times of your order depends on the country zone you live in. National deliveries can take from 1 to 3 days while the rest of the world can take up to 14 days and more. We put everything into work to process your order as quickly as possible. Please take in account that these timings imply business days and do not include weekend delivery. In any case, delivery dates are estimates.
Shipping prices depend on the destination of your order.
Zephyrus Records will accept returns only in case of manufacturing defect, or wrongly delivered goods. Please contact us by email within 72 hours after delivery and send us any photo’s, audio-recordings or anything that can proof the defect, damage or wrongly delivered goods.
Zephyrus Records reserves the right to inspect provided proof. In case any defect, damage or wrongly delivered good(s) is confirmed, Zephyrus Records will refund the total cost of shipping and goods related to the specific order. We might also ask you to return the goods. In this case Zephyrus Records will also refund shipping costs related to the return.
